Locust Spring Townhomes

Hanson Design Group, Ltd. worked closely with Steve Catranel Construction Company, Inc. to develop an urban city block for the McKeesport Collaborative Housing Corporation and the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development.
The development consists of eight new townhouse style units, designed for a contemporary urban lifestyle while respecting a more traditional context.
The townhomes have brick façades, steel railings to the split-entry and an integral garage, accessed from the public street. Private family decks are accessed from the rear of the houses through the dining room, and each unit has three bedrooms, one and a half baths.
