Rankin Housing Investment Strategy

Hanson Design Group, Ltd. was selected by the Rankin Partnership and The Community Builders, Inc. to provide architectural planning and consulting assistance with the development of a Housing Investment Strategy for the Borough of Rankin. The project consists of two phases.
Phase I consists of an existing conditions inventory and analysis, identification of potential development sites and strategies and the recommendation of alternatives for housing and community development projects. At the inception of the project, Hanson Design Group, Ltd. recommended a Community Design Charette that was incorporated as a part of Phase I of the project.
Phase II will further develop one conceptual design and include cost estimate information to enable application for funding.
