During the first phase of this Project, Hanson Design Group performed an analysis of the existing conditions and presented a series of design guidelines in the form of two options for streetscape, parking and roadway design. The majority of business owners and other vested parties represented at the meetings felt that expanding on Option A was the best and most effective means to pursue acheiving the outlined objectives.
