The second phase of this Project was initiated in early 2005. This phase will focus on some development of the overall plan as well as coordination with PennDOT, the White Oak LDC, various commissions, Business Owners and Utility Companies. Funding sources will also be investigated and evaluated based on applicability. As we move through this phase, our intent is to post the latest information, with appropriate links on this page for reference to people in the future.
